How to choose the right joint actuators for a robot arm with 10kg payload?

Our solution:

With 6 DOF, but the torque requirements are not the same for all six.

From the base to the wrist, the required torque decreases progressively.

Models to choose as following:

�Shoulder (heavy-load)

HOBEER HAG20 / HAG25 / HAG32

→ Rated torque: 26 – 300 Nm

→ Peak torque: 111 – 430 Nm

✋ Wrist

 HOBEER HAG14 / HAG17

→ Rated torque: 10.5 – 32 Nm

→ Peak torque: 23 – 54 Nm

Also, HAG series features a hollow shaft, allowing for easy routing of cables and air lines to make the joints move freely, stably and tidy in look
